Travel to Llanymddyfri and take the A4836 to Builth Wells
After just 200/300 yards on the A483 turn left for Rhandirmwyn
Travel towards Rhandirmwyn with the river on your LEFT for approx 5-6 miles until you come to a sign for LLANERCHINDDA. Turn RIGHT UP THE HILL for 1 mile and Blaen y Nant is on your left
Go past the entrance and turn around to come down the lane to the farm
